Turn tracked shifts into PDF or XLSX timesheets shaped for a client, a pay period, or your own files.

Start with the right slice of work

Choose a pay period, a standard range, or exact dates, then narrow the report by job, task, tag, or other relevant filters. A contractor can prepare one client’s service window without bringing unrelated jobs into the file.

If you are checking your own records, a broader range can show the full shape of the period. The report follows the scope you choose.

Choose PDF for reading or XLSX for spreadsheet work

Create a PDF for a fixed document someone can read straight through. Choose XLSX when the recipient needs rows and columns in a spreadsheet.

Both come from the same HoursKit entries, so you can select the format that fits the request without maintaining duplicate logs.

Use a view that fits the recipient

Complete, payroll, client-safe, and custom report options give you a practical starting point for the amount of detail to include. You can also choose the columns, sections, and summaries that belong in the export.

A detailed archive can retain the supporting detail you value; a client-facing report can stay focused on the work and dates they asked to see.

Check it, then share it your way

Preview the finished file before sharing it through the familiar Apple share sheet. That last look lets you confirm the date range, job, and presentation before the report leaves your device.

If the scope needs a change, refine the filters and create another PDF or XLSX from the same shifts in minutes. The original entries stay available for the next request, whether it needs a shorter range or a more detailed view.
