By using HoursKit, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the app.

Use of the App

HoursKit is provided for personal, non-commercial use. You agree to use it only for lawful purposes and not to reverse-engineer, misuse, or attempt to harm the app or its users.

Subscriptions and In-App Purchases

HoursKit may offer in-app purchases and auto-renewing subscriptions.

  • Billing: Payment is charged to your Apple ID or Google Play account at confirmation of purchase.
  • Auto-renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
  • Cancellation: You must cancel through your device's Account Settings (App Store or Google Play). Emailing us to cancel does not constitute cancellation.
  • Refunds: We are unable to issue refunds directly for in-app purchases. All refund requests must be submitted to Apple or Google through their respective support channels.
  • Price changes: We may change subscription prices at any time. Continued use after a price change constitutes acceptance of the new price.

Location Services

HoursKit may use your device's location to provide location-based features. Location data is provided for informational purposes only. We make no guarantees about the accuracy or timeliness of location information. We are not liable for any damages, injuries, or losses arising from your reliance on location data provided by the app.

No Warranty

HoursKit is provided "as is" without any warranties. We don't guarantee the app will be error-free or available at all times.

Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any damages arising from your use of HoursKit.

Changes

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the app after changes means you accept the new terms.
